What is Yoga Flow

A dynamic, breath-led practice designed to build heat, strength, and stamina while bringing clarity to the mind. This is an energising, full-body experience that leaves you feeling powerful, grounded, and deeply centred.

Each session begins by slowing things down — we start with targeted pranayama (breathing techniques) to focus the mind, steady the nervous system, and set a clear intention for your practice. From there, the movement gradually builds into continuous, fluid sequencing — the flow.

Expect creative transitions, strong standing work, and balance challenges that develop stability and control. The sequences are designed to be physically engaging without losing the meditative rhythm of breath and movement working as one. You’ll build functional strength, improve mobility, and develop resilience both physically and mentally.

As the class progresses, we move closer to the floor, exploring deep stretches and controlled strength work to release tension and support recovery. The final minutes are devoted to restorative cool-down postures, allowing the body to absorb the work.

We always finish with a short but essential savasana (final relaxation) — a moment to reset, integrate, and leave feeling calm, clear, and recharged.
