Sound Bath Therapy with Anja
Sound therapy is rooted in ancient traditions, from Tibetan singing bowls to Aboriginal didgeridoos. The practice involves harnessing specific frequencies to synchronize with the body’s natural rhythms. This can help reduce anxiety, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
Studies suggest it can lower cortisol levels (the stress hormone), ease chronic pain, and improve sleep quality. Additionally, sound therapy is a non-invasive and drug-free option, making it appealing for those seeking natural remedies.

Workshops
A longer 3-hour yoga workshop offers a more immersive and comprehensive experience compared to the typical 1-hour class. It allows for deeper exploration of poses, breathing techniques, and meditation, fostering greater physical and mental awareness. Participants have the opportunity to refine their alignment and practice at a slower, more mindful pace, reducing the risk of injury. The extended time also provides space for detailed instruction, personalised adjustments, and addressing individual questions, enhancing overall learning and growth. This format supports a holistic approach that can lead to improved flexibility, strength, and mindfulness beyond what a shorter session typically permits.
